Richard Stephen Shaw was in an Atlanta Immigration Court this week facing deportation to his native country of Jamaica. The Geto Boys’ rapper was born in Kingston, Jamaica. Bushwick was arrested and charged with a crime but the nature of the charges that prompted the deportation hearing have not yet been disclosed.

Actor Wesley Snipes was convicted in 2008 of Tax Evasion. He was sentenced to three years in prison. He appealed the case, and has lost. The court will uphold the prior decision. This comes at a time when the IRS is cracking down hard on celebrities. The Feds are creating a special unit for rappers and athletes. Lil Wayne has just had a tax lien place on him for 1.13 million. So far Nas has been hit for 2.5, Swizz Beatz 2 million, Suge Knight 6 million, Method Man 40,000, Snoop has been hit for 600,000, and list goes.
